Restyle
Mobile App
Interaction Design/User Research/UISummer 2024
Restyle, is a curated, second-hand shopping experience centered around furnishing your dream home sustainably, and on a budget. Shopping second hand is a notoriously mixed bag. Whether digging through dusty thrift stores or parsing through endless Craigslist entries, it can be time consuming and tiring to find what you are looking for. Restyle curates content to users taste through a smart algorithm to create a seamless second hand shopping experience for buyers and sellers.
Restyle users are both style and budget conscious. They will resonate with Restyle’s down-to-earth shopping experience, that allows users to both efficiently find what they are looking for, or spend time enjoyably browsing
The primary source of navigation is a tabbed bottom navigation with 5 main tabs. From there users can explore nested pages within each tab. This reduces visual clutter and streamlines the process.
Users were guided through paper prototype testing to gather base level feedback.
Wireframes

Wireframes
During my process of designing high fidelity wireframes, Restyle began to take on more of its own personality through rounded, distinct corners
