I spent 2 semesters as a co-op with TiER1 Performance’s
across multiple clients, as well as internal design work.
While I cannot share much of my work with TiER1 online, I am happy to discuss my experience further in an interview or over coffee.

During my first rotation at TiER1, I revamped the branding for their internship program alongside another co-op. This included creating a suite of logos and illustrations that could be used in internship promotional materials and presentations, as well as a branded slide deck.
Many aspects of the branding, such as color and typeface, were lifted directly from current TiER1 branding, as seen below:

This logo concept focuses on how an internship, and the experiences and connections you make at TiER1 can be a “building block” in your career. The primary logo acts as a singular “block” while the secondary logo illustrates the idea of a TiER1 internship being the block that fits into the rest of your career.
